7 Ways to Give Back on #GivingTuesday

Giving Tuesday is all about giving back. We’ve rounded up seven South Jersey nonprofits to help you do good right in your backyard.

Food Bank of South Jersey

Your donation goes towards: feeding food insecure families in South Jersey and providing health and wellness programs.

Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge

Your donation goes towards: supplies and habitats for injured wildlife as they recover at the refuge.

Oaks Integrated Care

Your donation goes towards: monetary donations support Oaks’ effort to help families create stable, loving environments. You can also sponsor a family in need.

Battleship New Jersey

Your donation helps support: the battleship’s mission to preserve, restore, exhibit and interpret the history of the battleship and the people who served aboard. That includes restoration, opening more of the ship for guests to experience and allowing more school children to tour.

Samaritan Hospice & Healthcare

Your donation helps support: hospice and other Samaritan services, including grief counseling and support, palliative medicine, complementary therapies, Sukkot Shalom and veterans’ hospice services.

Katz JCC

Your donation helps support: infant and toddler care, after school enrichment programming, a meal program for older adults in Camden County and an inclusive environment with individuals with special needs.

The Wetlands Institute

Your donation helps support: research and conservation of our wetlands and their inhabitants, and education of the next generation of stewards.
