What to do with your phone during dinner

As a registered dietician, Inspira Health’s Jessica Norberg’s best piece of advice for social connection revolves around food – as long as you’re actually talking to the person you’re eating with.

It’s time to put our phones down and talk to the person across the table at dinnertime. And make it a full event by cooking together, says Norberg. Get the whole family involved.
