Collingswood Book Festival

When: Saturday, October 1, 10 am – 4 pm
Where: Collingswood
Explore new books, meet your favorite authors, listen to talks & more at the Collingswood Book Festival. The day is jam-packed with presentations from authors of all age groups and genres, plus children’s entertainment, poetry and more.

Update: Due to the weather forecast for Saturday, October 1, the fest will be held at Collingswood High School, 424 Collings Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Enter through the high school gym building on Eldridge Ave. If you’re not vaccinated for COVID, mask up! The fest runs from 10 AM to 4 PM. 

Boo at the Woo

When: Saturday, October 1, 6 pm
Where: Woodbury
Head to the corner of Colonial Avenue and North Broad Street for the 72nd annual Woodbury Fall Festival Parade! The parade will continue to the corner of Carpenter Street and South Broad Street, with group performances, floats, music and more along the way.

Update: The 72nd Annual Woodbury Fall Festival Parade is rescheduled to the Rain Date of Saturday, October 8, 2022. The Parade will begin at 6:00 pm at the corner of Colonial Avenue and North Broad Street. The parade will continue down Broad Street and end at the corner of Carpenter Street and South Broad Street. Groups will stop for performances in front of the Gloucester County Stage located in front of The Woodbury High School. 

Festival of Fine Craft

When: Saturday & Sunday, October 1 – 2, 10 am – 5 pm
Where: Millville
Explore more than 150 artist exhibits selling handcrafted works while you enjoy the beer and wine garden, family-friendly activities, live music, food trucks and more. This is also the start of the WheatonArts signature Glass Pumpkin Fundraiser, so it’s the perfect time to start buying your fall decorations. Admission costs $12 for adults, $7 for students and is free for children under 5. Ticket price includes general admission to WheatonArts. 

Exit Zero Jazz Festival

When: Friday, September 29 – Sunday, October 2
Where: Cape May
Settle in for some smooth jazz at one of the shore’s most iconic events of the season. Enjoy live music from musicians like John Pizzarelli Swing Seven, Joshua Redman, Stacey Kent, All-Star Philly Jawn & more. Due to weather, the event has been moved indoors, so check the website for the full updated lineup. 

Jeep Invasion

When: Saturday, October 1, 10 am – 5 pm
Where: Ocean City Boardwalk
Jeeps are taking over the boards in Ocean City! Come see the jeep parade down the boards, then stick around for judging and awards. 

Update: Postponed due to weather – New date is October 23
