Holocaust survivor Fred Behrend celebrated his 80th Anniversary Bar Mitzvah at Congregation Beth EI. At the celebration, Behrend used a restored 200-year-old Torah that survived the Holocaust, a project Campbell Schwarz completed for her own bat mitzvah.
