Camden County Offers Free Narcan Training

Camden County is offering free trainings in administration of the drug Narcan (naloxone), an overdose reversal nasal spray.

You’ll learn Narcan administration plus addiction treatment options, overdose prevention techniques, signs and symptoms of overdose and more. Participants who pass the training will receive a free naloxone kit.

Each session is limited to 20 pre-registered participants for a hands-on setting run by addiction counselors and nurses.

Trainings will last from 6 to 8 pm once a month at the Living Proof Recovery Center in Voorhees. The dates are below:

August 1, 2017
September 5, 2017
October 3, 2017
November 7, 2017
December 5, 2017
