One More Thing
What’s the one must-have song on your workout playlist?

“WIN” by Jay Rock is a constant reminder of why we put in the work day in and day out: to win.  Forget everything else, just win. Do what it takes to win and everything else will take care of itself.
Rhys Hoskins, Phillies first baseman

I’m listening to “Old Town Road,” by Lil Nas X featuring Billy Ray Cyrus. Right now, that’s kind of the jam. It’s on the tail end of the new stuff, but I really like it and when it comes on, I just get into the groove.
Nate Sudfeld, Eagles backup quarterback

Usher’s “OMG” is the GOAT and it helps me lift.
Jordan Ablon, Cherry Hill

For me, its Guns N’ Roses’ “Welcome to the Jungle,” because, when its 5:30 in the morning and dark out, you need to find something to get amped up.
Drew Inselman, Marlton

“Showtek” by Booyah and featuring We Are Loud & Sonny Wilson was my son’s pregame ice-hockey song in the locker room that got all the kids and parents amped up. Now, during a run when I start to feel like I need a boost, “Booyah” is my powersong on my Nike running app.
Samantha Murphy, Waterford Works

My song is “NCAA” by 2 Chainz because what those kids are is the epitome of grinders, and I know what they’re going through is 10 times harder than what I’m doing. It gives me an extra push. Plus the beat is amazing!
Julian Scott, Haddonfield

My favorite artist right now is Post Malone so I’ve been playing his song “Wow.” It’s got a good beat and it makes the time go faster when you’re working out.
James van Riemsdyk, Flyers left wing

“Last Time That I Checc’d,” by Nipsey Hussle. That song is a reminder to yourself of who you are. In my case, it reminds me that  I wasn’t here last year and now I’m back and that if anybody is sleeping on me, don’t do it. I’m here and I’m back and I’m going to make a difference.
Vinny Curry, Eagles defensive end

I’m into The Verve’s “Bitter Sweet Symphony.” The “Cruel Intentions” theme song is almost spiritual. Plus,  I think of Ryan Phillippe while working out. Goals.
Frank Filipek, Jr., Bellmawr

“Can’t Knock The Hustle,” by Jay-Z is like my philosophy to fitness. It makes me want to keep pushing no matter what.
Paul Painter, Mount Ephraim

The Who’s “Love Reign O’er Me” has the perfect build up for cardio work and I love the constancy of the background instrumentals.
Rhoda Harrison, Marlton

Daya’s “Sit Still, Look Pretty” is kind of an anthem and it pumps me up at 0-dark-thirty to get out and run.
Cindy Federman, Voorhees

My go-to is always Bob Seger for some reason, the pace and tempo of his music puts me in another place. While getting after it on an elliptical or even out on a brisk walk, it totally distracts me from the monotony. And hey, we are both originally Michiganders.
Jon Runyan, former Eagle offensive tackle

I just love the song “Happier” by Marshmello and featuring Bastille because it makes me happy. Love the beats and it pumps me up!
Carli Lloyd, U.S. Olympic gold medalist

Centuries, Fall Out Boy
My House, Flo Rida
Fly Over States, Jason Aldean
Hall of Fame, The Script, will.i.am
Carson Wentz, Eagles quarterback
