Summer Solstice Music Festival

Celebrate the Solstice with some awesome performances at Haddon Township’s Summer Solstice Festival along Haddon Ave and Cooper St. Enjoy live music, food trucks, a petting zoo, beer garden & more. 

Car Cruise

When: Friday, June 24 from 5 – 8 pm
Where: Historic Smithville
Even if you aren’t a car enthusiast, there’s something pretty cool about seeing vintage vehicles take over the streets. Head to Village Greene from 5 to 8 pm for a blast to the past as these historic cars make their way through town. Or better yet, bring your own and join the parade. 

Battleship Beer Fest

When: Saturday, June 25 from 1 – 5 pm
Where: Camden Waterfront
Cost: $50 for adult general admission, $20 for an adult designated driver
Hop aboard the Battleship New Jersey along the Camden Waterfront for this New Jersey-exclusive craft beer fest, featuring music, crafts and brews from more than 30 local breweries. 

Juneteenth Celebration

When: Saturday, June 25 from 2 – 4 pm
Where: Woodbury
Catch a performance of “They Slice the Air,” an afternoon of live historical dramatic performances African American spirituals, narratives and poetry in honor of Juneteenth. The event at Bethlehem Baptist Church is free and put on in partnership with the Gloucester County Cultural & Heritage Commission at Rowan College of Gloucester County as well as the New Jersey Historical Commission. 

Become an Astronaut 

When: Sunday, June 26 at 3 pm
Where: Glassboro
Cost: $5 for adults, $3 for seniors 60+, children 16 & under and Rowan students.
Beat the heat this weekend as you learn firsthand what it really feels like to be an astronaut. Experience an immersive virtual rocket launch, fly around the space station and explore outer space in this 1-hour long show at Rowan University’s Edelman Planetarium.
