It’s almost time to watch the sky light up with fireworks as we honor Independence Day. Deck yourself out in red, white and blue, grab a blanket or chair, and head out to some of these spectacular celebrations around South Jersey and the Shore.

Burlington County

Mount Holly
July 3
Iron Works Park
Festivities from 5 to 11 pm, with fireworks beginning at sundown. Admission is free.

Medford Township
July 3
Freedom Park
Festivities begin at 6 pm, with fireworks starting at dusk. Rain date is July 5.

Riverton
July 4
Riverton Park
All-day activities start at 8:30 am with a 5k race, followed by a house decorating contest, parade, live music, carriage rides and moon bounces. The day ends with a raft race down the river.

Evesham Township
July 4
Cherokee High School
The parade starts at 11:30 am, with fireworks at Cherokee High School. Doors open at 7 pm, fireworks start at 9:30 pm.

Bordentown Township
July 7
Joseph Lawrence Park
Festivities begin at 4 pm, with a cornhole tournament at 4:30 pm. Fireworks begin at dusk.

Florence Township Patriotic Celebration Day
July 7
Municipal Building on Broad Street
All day events starting with a flag raising ceremony at Oak Street Circle at 11 am, followed by a parade at noon. Festivities will be held at the Municipal Building starting at 6 pm with fireworks starting at 9 pm.

Camden County

Haddonfield’s Yankee Doodle Do
July 3 & 4
Downtown Haddonfield
Celebration and fireworks beginning on July 3 at 6 pm, with fireworks at 9:20 pm. A $20 donation is suggested. The Yankee Doodle Do Parade will begin at 10 am on July 4.

Barrington Independence Day Parade & Fireworks
July 3
Woodland School
Festivities begin at 6:30 pm, with the parade starting at the railroad tracks by Clements Bridge and ending at the Barrington Municipal Building. Fireworks at Woodland School begin at dusk.

Battleship New Jersey
July 3
Battleship New Jersey
Live music and festivities start on the deck at 7 pm, fireworks begin at 9:30 pm.

Haddon Township
July 3
Haddon Township High School
Live music begins at 7 pm, fireworks start after dark.

Oaklyn
July 4
Beachwood & Johnson Avenues.
The parade begins at 10 am at Beechwood & Johnson Avenues.

Audubon
July 4
Audubon High School
The parade begins at 8:30 am, followed by live entertainment at 7:30 pm at the High School’ football stadium. Fireworks at dusk.

Collingswood
July 4
Collingswood High School
Annual Fourth of July Bike parade begins at 10 am, with live music at 6:30 pm at Collingswood High School. Fireworks begin at 9:15 pm.

Camden County’s Freedom Festival
July 4
Wiggins Waterfront Park
Festivities kick off at 5 pm with a salute to America and veterans, followed by live music and entertainment. Headliner Eddie Money will take the stage at 8 pm with fireworks following immediately after.

Cumberland County

Millville
July 4
New Jersey Motorsports Park
Festivities and live music begin at 5 pm. Fireworks start at 9 pm.

Cumberland County Fair
July 6
Cumberland County Fairgrounds
Gates to fair open at 4 pm with fireworks show at 9:45 pm.

Gloucester County

Pitman’s 4th of July Parade
July 4
Columbia Avenue & Highland Terrace
The parade starts at 10 am along Columbia Avenue and Highland Terrace.

Monroe Township
July 4
Williamstown High School
Fireworks begin at dusk. Rain date is July 5.

Washington Township 4th of July Parade & Fireworks
July 4
Washington Township High School
The parade starts at 6:30 pm, with fireworks starting at 9 pm at Washington Township High School. Rain date July 5.

Paulsboro Chamber 4th of July Parade
July 4
Broad Street
The parade begins at the Paulsboro Plaza parking lot on Broad Street at 10 am and ends at Paulsboro High School on Delaware Street.

 

Salem County

Little Falls’ Annual 4th of July Street Fair
July 4
Main Street and Stevens Avenue
All day block party and street fair begin at 10 am and runs until 5 pm.

Woodstown
July 4
Downtown Woodstown
The parade kicks off at 10 am.

Shore

Atlantic City Fourth of July Fireworks
July 4
Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa, beach and boardwalk.
Fireworks display hosted by the Borgata will open to the public at 6 pm, with fireworks starting in the North Entrance Lot at 9:20 pm. Tropicana’s fireworks will be viewable from the boardwalk or beach at 10 pm.

Avalon Beach Fireworks

Fireworks begin at 8:45 pm.

Ocean City Fourth of July Celebration

Ocean City Boardwalk & Music Pier
Kite flying competition at 7 pm, followed by entertainment and fireworks at 9 pm.

Seaside Heights Fourth of July Fireworks Extravaganza

Seaside Heights Boardwalk
Fireworks can be viewed from the boardwalk from 9:30 to 10:30 pm.

Cape May Independence Day Parade

The parade kicks off at 1 pm and runs until 5 pm.
