Winter Sea Breeze Holiday Cocktail
1 oz vodka
1 oz grapefruit juice
½ oz tonic syrup
¼ cup soda water
12 pomegranate seeds
3 mint leaves (for garnish)
Fizzy Pear Punch
1 oz vodka
2 oz ginger ale
2 oz pear juice
lemon juice (to taste)
Plum and Thyme Prosecco Smash
2 plums, peeled and chopped
6 thyme sprigs
juice from one lemon
4 tbsp thyme simple syrup
1 bottle of Prosecco
Muddle the plums with the thyme simple syrup and lemon juice until all of the plum juices have been released. Shake in a cocktail shaker, and top with Prosecco and extra plum slices and thyme sprigs.
Salted Caramel White Russian
salted caramel sauce
ice
salt flakes
25 ml salted caramel Irish cream
25 ml Amaretto
75 ml of half and half (milk and cream)
Drizzle the salted caramel sauce along the inside of the glass and fill it with ice. Combine ingredients and shake in cocktail shaker.
The White Cosmopolitan
2 parts vodka
1 part St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
½ part lime juice
¾ part white cranberry juice
The Coco Snowball
2 oz Stolichnaya vanilla
2 oz Malibu rum
2 oz Coco Lopez
¼ oz Blue Curacao
Apple Pie on the Rocks
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz Fireball Cinnamon Whisky
4 oz organic apple juice
pinch of ground cinnamon
brown sugar (for the rim)
Coat the rim with brown sugar. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then serve chilled.
The Blushing Bride
2 oz passion fruit nectar
3 oz champagne
½ tsp grenadine
Pour passion fruit nectar into a glass and slowly add champagne and grenadine without stirring.
