New Jersey is on the way to becoming the second state in the country to provide a nurse visit to every family that gives birth to a child, adopts or suffers a stillbirth.

Programs like this are just one way to ensure the healthy growth and development of children in New Jersey, says Cecilia Zalkind, President/CEO of Advocates for Children of New Jersey. But there’s so much more to do.
