South Jersey’s putting the “FAIR” in “Fresh AIR” this May with lots of outdoor events perfect for festival fanatics. 

New Jersey Renaissance Faire

May 18 & 19, 25 & 26

Huzzah! The New Jersey Renaissance Faire is back for a celebration of fantasy, adventure and enchantment. Explore merchants, food and drink vendors and performances each day from 10 am to 6 pm at the Burlington County Fairgrounds. For more information, visit the website


May 18 & 19 

Historic Smithville goes big with more than 150 crafters and vendors, an international food court, live entertainment and kids’ activities during Mayfest. The free festival runs from 10 am to 5 pm both days. For more information, visit the website

Steel Mill Street Fair

May 18 

The Bordentown Street Fair becomes the Steel Mill Street Fair with a new location – the Roebling Museum – more food vendors, a pet parade, entertainment and more. The fair runs from 10 am to 5 pm. For more information, visit the website

Rhythm & Brews Festival 

May 18 

A whole block of Haddon Heights’ Station Avenue will be open to only foot traffic for the Rhythm & Brews Festival, featuring craft beer, food trucks, artisan vendors and live entertainment. The festival runs from 3 to 9 pm. For more information, visit the website

May Faire in Wonderland 

May 19 

*Walk very willingly* down this rabbit hole to find live entertainment, Wonderland characters, a Mad Hatter Tea Party, lawn games, historic storytelling, horse and carriage rides and a 19th Century Baseball game. Collingswood May Fair 

May 25
