Brian Dawkins and Terrell Owens are a little closer to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The two were named semifinalists for induction consideration on Wednesday evening, but there’s still a long wait to go. Finalists will be announced in January, with the final decision being announced on February 4, 2017.
