Of all the Eagles teams I have covered, this one has a special brotherhood, a special bond. In the past there has often been division even on successful teams — Donovan McNabb and Terrell Owens rift or the offense v. defense in the Buddy Ryan years.

No schisms here.

This team has stayed together despite some of the toughest losses to injury any team could suffer.

Also, Doug Pederson told me that Thursday’s practice will be about short yardage and situational football. “Before practice I plan on telling the team, ‘To win this game, we’ve got to win situational football.’”
