Serves 1-2

fresh wonton wrapper

2 oz
shredded chicken, pre-cooked

1 slice
american cheese

1-2 tsp
blue cheese dressing

1-2 tsp
mild buffalo sauce


1-2 tsp

Pour cooking oil into a deep fryer or Dutch oven to depth of 3 inches. Pre-heat to 375 degrees. Take the wonton wrapper and coat it with a mixture of flour and water, so it will hold when folded. Layer the cooked chicken and cheese on the wonton. Add blue cheese dressing and buffalo sauce. Fold the wrapper into a wonton shape and deep fry for 3 to 5 minutes or until the wonton is golden. Remove and let dry, then serve.
