Crab Feast

Serves 2

1 lb each
snow, Dungeness and king crabs, pre-cooked

2 whole blue crabs

2 cups
garlic, chopped

2 cups

1 cup

2 ears
fresh corn

to taste

To make garlic sauce, combine garlic, oil, water, Old Bay seasoning and garlic powder. Heat to 160 degrees, then add crabs and heat in sauce for 10 minutes.

To make the corn on the cob, steam the ears for five minutes. Serve crabs in garlic sauce with corn on the cob and other vegetables of choice.
