Chef’s Table: Blue Claw Crab Eatery

Stoner Fries
Serves 2-4

Ingredients:

1 lb of uncooked French fries
2 tbsp of J.O. Crab Seasoning No. 2 and more to taste for fries’ seasoning
2½ oz of jumbo lump crab meat
¼ cup mayonnaise
cup sour cream
To taste cayenne pepper, garlic powder and minced garlic

Method:

To make sauce, combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Add J.O. seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and minced garlic to taste.
Cook fries in canola oil at 350 degrees until golden brown and crispy. Season fries with J.O. seasoning and add crab meat. Drizzle stoner sauce over plate and serve.
