Whether you are new to running or looking for a new way to train for your next marathon,  this app builds you up with a mixture of running and walking in a nine-week program. This running app is for intermediate runners (those who can run a ten-minute mile without passing out). The app will track your runs and also offers running challenges and other workouts to build your upper and lower body parts. Need to stay organized? Do downward dog at home instead of a crowded yoga class. This app offers more than 100 yoga and meditation classes for yogis of all levels. There are also daily and monthly yoga challenges that you can share with the Daily Yoga online community.
