South Jersey Restaurants offering special Thanksgiving menus this year

Sometimes, cooking is overrated – unless someone else is doing it. Check out these special South Jersey Thanksgiving menus to make your holiday memorable, without the dirty dishes.

Ristorante Lucca   Bordentown

Menu highlights: in addition to the extensive menu at Ristorante Lucca, you can also enjoy a special Thanksgiving menu for $50/pp. Dinner includes traditional oven roasted turkey with gravy, stuffing, cranberry compote, Brussel Sprouts, sweet potatoes with caramelized pecans and mashed potatoes. For dessert? Pumpkin orange pie with caramelized meringue. (Ask for the special children’s menu.)

Carlucci’s Waterfront  Mt. Laurel 

Menu highlights: enjoy a traditional turkey dinner for $48 per person, or dig into Italian favorites like caprese salad, chicken parmigiana and lasagna. Plus, end dinner with some sweet pumpkin pie, tiramisu, cannoli or other desserts. 

The Capital Grille  Cherry Hill 

Menu highlights: dig into slow-roasted turkey with gravy, brioche sage stuffing, french green beans and cranberry-pear chutney, with mashed potatoes and pecan-crusted sweet potatoes with hot honey for the table to share. Finish it off with pumpkin cheesecake. (Full dinner menu also available.) 

EDDIE V’s Cherry Hill

Menu highlights: Enjoy slow-roasted turkey with your favorite sides – French green beans with sun dried tomatoes, Brioche sage stuffing, cranberry chutney and housemade mashed potatoes. And don’t forget the Pumpkin pie tartlet with Pecan ice cream.

Seasons 52  Cherry Hill

Menu highlights: the turkey dinner includes Brioche and Sage stuffing, mashed sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry relish and Yukon mashed potatoes with a pumpkin pie mini indulgence for dessert. You can also pre-order the same Thanksgiving meal for 4 people. Last day to order is Nov. 25.  

Flanders Hotel  Ocean City 

Menu highlights: a Thanksgiving buffet featuring shrimp cocktail, caesar salad, New England Clam Chowder, a carving station with turkey, roasted sirloin of beef and honey-glazed ham, and entrees including seared salmon, hawaiian sweet potatoes with sweet pineapple and roasted marshmallow, traditional stuffing, roasted carrots and parsnips, mashed potatoes and a dessert station (of course there will be pumpkin pie!). Runs noon – 4 pm.
