The SJ Magazine Women of Excellence Woman to Watch Award recognizes a woman under age 30 who has had significant accomplishments and/or achieved notable success in her chosen profession.

& if everything Nikita Shukla has accomplished so far is any indication, she’s certainly a woman to watch.

When she was a kid, there were no vocal South Asian women, or any women of color, in high profile diplomacy she could point to. So, she’s on a mission to become one. She’s been making difference advocating for universal healthcare, youth and women’s empowerment in the private and public sectors.

This is why we were so honored to name Nikita our 2022 Women of Excellence Woman to Watch.
