2022 Women of Excellence Awards Leadership Award

The SJ Magazine Women of Excellence Leadership Award recognizes a woman who is a bold, well-known leader who others choose to emulate and whose proven record of growth, success and influence in her profession or community.

Cherry Hill Mayor Susan Shin Angulo does just that.

Throughout her career, she was breaking glass ceilings and knocking down barriers. She’s the first Asian American female mayor in Cherry Hill, was the first Korean-American woman was elected to public office in New Jersey and was the Asian American commissioner in the state.

And now, she’s our 2022 Women of Excellence Leadership Award Recipient.
