JoAnne Epps has earned a long list of accolades, and as of Wednesday night, she can add Philadelphia Business Hall of Famer.

At the Philadelphia Inquirer’s inaugural Philadelphia Business Hall of Fame gala, Epps was recognized with the Industry Icon Award for her ongoing dedication to opening doors for others and overcoming challenges. Epps, the former dean of Temple’s Beasley School of Law, was recently appointed provost of the university, where she now oversees academics everywhere but the medical school.
