The garden looks a little different this week, and no one is more shocked than Marianne Aleardi.

Toni Farmer is teaching Marianne how to start her seeds from the food you already have in your kitchen!

Like tomatoes which you can cut open and save seeds from
Or onions which you can put in a little water and start growing green onion from

But make sure to skip the grocery store potatoes when you’re starting seeds, those are sprayed with a special chemical that will make growing very difficult.
