The Broadway Theater of Pitman’s 2018 children’s theater season wraps up with a presentation of Twas the Night Before Christmas. Santa’s Trolley Ride in Cape May

Visit Physick Estate in Cape May to get in the Christmas spirit with the jolliest couple around—Mr. and Mrs. Claus. Take a trolley ride through town with Mrs. Claus as your guide, storyteller and sing-along leader. Sea of Lights Holiday Festival at Jenkinson’s Aquarium

If you’re closer to the shore than to Camden, this Point Pleasant spot offers its own under-the-sea Christmas spectacle. Meet the author of “Christmas 1945” aboard the Battleship

“Christmas 1945” is the bestselling non-fiction book from author Matthew R. Litt. In December 1945, WWII was finally over and the country was ready to celebrate after four dark holiday seasons. Litt will be speaking about his book inside the Officers’ Wardroom from 11 am to 12:30 pm. He will have his book available for sale and will sign any book purchased. Winterfest at Cooper River Park

Free Lessons in Socialization for Dogs

Take your dogs out for a day at Laurel Acres park where they will learn to play, interact, and become more social. Owners will learn how to communicate with their friendly canines and learn when to intervene when they are at play. The free event runs from 10:30 am to 11:15 am. Character Breakfast
December 25
