Boo at the Woo

When: Saturday, October 8, 6 pm
Where: Woodbury
Head to the corner of Colonial Avenue and North Broad Street for the 72nd annual Woodbury Fall Festival Parade! The parade will continue to the corner of Carpenter Street and South Broad Street, with group performances, floats, music and more along the way.

The Wildwoods Food & Music Festival

When: Saturday, October 9, 11 am – 7 pm
Where: Wildwood. 
Rock out at this family-friendly festival with 2 live music stages, crafters, food vendors, games, activities, pumpkin painting, a bounce house and more. The festival takes place on Atlantic Avenue between Wildwood and Schellenger Avenues. Admission is free. 

Keep Nature Wild Clean-Up Day

When Saturday, October 8, 9 – 11 am
Where: Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge, Medford
Help keep South Jersey nature beautiful with a community nature clean-up. Clean-up will be focused on Jackson Road, from the rear entrance of Cedar Run towards Tuckerton Road. The refuge is asking for a $28 donation from adults, $10 for children under 16 — and it includes admission to the refuge for the day, a Keep Nature Wild t-shirt, sticker and clean-up supplies. 

South Jersey Pumpkin Show

When: Saturday, October 8, 10 am – 5 pm
Where: Salem County Fair Grounds
Celebrate the season with a haunted barn, amusement park rides, pony rides, hay rides, food trucks, vendors, a fall home show, contests, giveaways, live music & so much more. (Make sure to stop by for free samples at the pumpkin dessert contest!)

Smithville Irish Festival

When: Saturday, October 8, 10 am – 6 pm, Sunday, October 9, 11 am – 6 pm
Where: Smithville
Celebrate Irish heritage with 2 days of live Celtic music & dancers, shopping, Irish food, crafts and more. 

Cinnaminson Fall Festival

When: Saturday, October 8, 4 – 7 pm
Where: Cinnaminson
Enjoy live music, food trucks, inflatables, activities, vendors, fireworks and more. 

Ocean City Fall Block Party

When: Saturday, October 8, 9 am – 5 pm
Where: Ocean City
Head down the shore for a block party featuring food vendors, music, crafters and more from 5th to 14th streets on Asbury Ave. Don’t leave before the fireworks spectacular! 

Pack the Park Fall Festival

When: Saturday, October 8 at 2 – 8 pm
Where: Proprietors Park, Gloucester City
Enjoy food trucks, a beer garden, games, inflatables and more as you view the antique and vintage cars at the Fall Festival along the Gloucester City Marina. 

Victorian Weekend

When: Friday, October 7 – Monday, October 10
Where: Cape May
Don your Victorian garb for a whimsical and historical weekend in Cape May. One of the best-loved traditions down the Shore, you can participate in a bit of Cape May’s history with Victorian clothes, culture, exhibits, events and more all weekend long. 

Funny Farm Fall Festival

When: Sunday, October 9, 9 am – 4 pm
Where: Funny Farm Rescue & Sanctuary, Mays Landing
Join the rescued and rehabilitated animals at the Funny Farm for a fall festival! Enjoy hay rides, face painting, vendors, crafts, food trucks, live music, and of course, the cutest animals around.

Medford Apple Festival

When: Saturday, October 8, 9 am – 4 pm
Where: Kirby’s Mill, Medford
Get your apple on with crafts, food, live music, games, arts and crafts & lots of apple options at Medford’s Apple Festival. 

Pumpkin Festival 

When: Saturday, October 8, 1 am – 4 pm
Where: Historic Cold Spring Village, Cape May
Get a little spooky at Historic Cold Spring Village with a Halloween Parade (11 am), pumpkin painting, games, crafters and a haunted house at the Village Barn. Guests are encouraged to donate non-perishable goods to the “Share the Harvest” Food Drive.

Moorestown Fall Festival

When: Saturday, October 8, 9 am – 3:30 pm
Where: Moorestown
Celebrate autumn on Main Street with artisans selling paintings, wall art, jewelry, ceramic, gadgets and more. Plus, enjoy food trucks, live music, face painting, scarecrow building, a classic car show and the Philadelphia Mummers. 

Haddonfield Fall Festival

When: Saturday, October 8, 10 am – 4 pm
Where: Haddonfield
Get in the Fall mood with Halloween crafts, live music, food, games, scarecrow making, Touch-A-Truck, dancing and more. The festival runs between Haddon Ave and Potter St. 

Seafood Festival

When: Saturday, October 8, 10 am – 5 pm
Where: Avalon
Head down the Shore for some live music, local artwork, crafts, beer and wine, games and more. The event is in Surfside Park — 30th Street & the Beach.
