Collingswood Book Festival 

Oct. 5 

Collingswood’s downtown will be flooded with authors and readers for another day of literary fun. Hear from one of 60 presenting authors, meet an additional 275 authors and exhibitors, plus browse food vendors and try out literary games and activities. Out of the Darkness Walk 

Oct. 5 

Join Camden County in raising awareness of suicide prevention with a community walk at Cooper River Park. The walk will start from the Vista Deck at 10 am. For more information, visit the website

WheatonArts Festival of Fine Craft

Oct. 5 & 6 

The 25th Annual Festival of Fine Craft comes to WheatonArts featuring more than 150 juried artists and crafters, special art demonstrations, family activities, a beer and wine garden, glass pumpkin fundraiser and more. Haddon Township Music Festival 

Oct. 5 

Jam out to live musical performances on two stages for Haddon Township’s 9th annual music festival, hosted on Haddon Ave from 1 to 9 pm. The festival also features food trucks, a kids’ zone, beer gardens, local vendors and a ferris wheel. For more information, visit the website

Blackwood Pumpkin Festival 

Oct. 6

Fall has arrived in Blackwood, and it’s bringing pumpkin painting, hayrides, live music, a petting zoo, face painting, scarecrow building, food, shopping, costume contests and so much more. The pumpkin festival runs from 11 am to 4 pm at Harwan Park. For more information, visit the website

Victorian Weekend 

Oct. 11-14

Moorestown Pridefest

Cooper River Cyclocross

October 19

Dog Days 

Oct. 26

Our favorite furry friends are descending on the boards for Ocean City’s annual canine celebration. All leashed dogs will be allowed on the boardwalk from 9 am to 5 pm Saturday and 9 am to 3 pm Sunday, with plenty of dog-friendly activities, vendors, photo-ops and Humane Society of Ocean City’s “Pet of the Year” announcement.
