Teens Can Win Prizes by Helping Tackle Distracted Driving

The next viral meme could be about the dangers of distracted driving – and it could come from you.

Students Against Distracted Driving (SADD) announced a new competition to tackle the dangers of driving distracted. Students at schools with a SADD chapter are eligible to submit a video or meme that focuses on the theme “Friends Don’t Let Friends Drive Distracted.”

Prizes will be awarded to three video winners and three meme winners. First place earns $5,000 and four tickets to a concert, second place wins $2,500 and third place gets $1,000. Submissions will be judged by a panel of professionals, including Philadelphia Eagle Brent Celek.
