Watch out Clayton, a South Jersey girl is coming to steal your heart.

On this season of “The Bachelor,” Collingswood’s Mara Agreat will be one of 31 contestants vying for Bachelor Clayton Echard’s affection (not to mention that final rose). Agreat, 32, is an entrepreneur who was born in Puerto Rico and came to the US with her family when she was young. Now, she “considers herself the life of the party and is looking for a man to settle down with and keep life fun,” according to her contestant bio.

But, she also makes it known that just because she’s competing with other women doesn’t mean she’ll be taking it easy on the 28-year-old Bachelor. “When it comes to relationships, she is extremely nurturing but can be quite tough – she loves hard, fights hard and is extremely passionate,” her bio warns.

South Jersey is no stranger to Bachelor Nation. Our screens have been graced by “that guy in the chicken suit,” also known as Cherry Hill native David Ravitz, who was eliminated by Bachelorette Becca Kufrin in the 5th episode of her season but went out for another shot at love on that summer’s season of “Bachelor in Paradise.” And we can’t forget Camden County native Zac Clark, who we had the chance to talk to this year for our February Issue before his split with Bachelorette and then-fiancé Tayshia Adams.
