Burlington County Agricultural Center
Moorestown
The classes offered at the Burlington County Agricultural Center run the gamut – from sushi with the family and chai tasting to easy Indian breads and Spanish tapas. Each class costs $55 per person and is held at the center in Moorestown. Check the website for a schedule.
Haddonfield

Pasta class at a coffee shop? Makes sense to us! Jersey Java & Co. hosts chef Edward Strojan for a series of pasta making classes throughout the rest of the year.
Medford
Whether you want to learn how to make cacio e pepe or step it up with some cavatelli with seafood and broccoli (yes, those are both offered), ITA101 is the spot for you. The restaurant offers monthly cooking classes to share the secrets of pasta making. Classes are limited to 8 students and cost $75 per person. Private cooking classes are also available.
Maple Shade
These experiences made just for the little chefs out there feature recipes like pizza, spaghetti and rice krispie treats. Private and group sessions are available for booking, and events are open to the public, like the upcoming 3-week series at Maple Shade Municipal Building.
Merchantville
Work your way through pasta masterclasses starting with Pasta 101 and moving on to gnocchi, lasagne and more at In My Grandmother’s Kitchen. And for those with a sweet tooth, try out the strudel class or cannoli making. Classes cost $120 per person.
Hammonton
Kitchen19’s Chef Lou shares his expertise with students on Fridays, crafting dishes including pork wellington, flatbreads and more. Plus, Chef Myla leads themed baking events throughout the year, like a Christmas cookie bake (Dec. 12), Halloween-themed cake decorating (Oct. 24) and a maple pecan cheesecake class (Nov. 7).
