Viva South Jersey

November 4
Support the Food Bank of South Jersey at the Crowne Plaza in Cherry Hill for the annual Viva South Jersey fundraiser from 7 to 11 pm. Dancing, charity games, raffles, a silent auction and casino games will help feed local families. Tickets are $175 each or $300 for a couple. For more information, visit the website.


Handmade Holidays

November 4
Swing down to Handmade Holidays at the Collingswood Market from 8 am to noon. Browse dozens of vendors for gifts, goods, produce and more between Collings and Irvin Avenue along the PATCO line. For more information, visit the website.


Run the Vineyards

November 5
Put on your running shoes for the Valenzano Winery 5K race through the vineyards. The race begins at 9 am, and all runners will receive stemless wineglass and T-shirt. Stick around for wine and live music at the post-run celebration. Awards will be given to overall and age group winners. Registration is $40. For more information, visit the website.


Carnival of Venice

November 5
Symphony in C invites you to a musical evening at Collingswood Grand Ballroom from 6 to 8 pm. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served, followed by the concert, dinner, and silent and live auctions. Guests are invited to come masked and costumed in the style of Carnevale. Run the Bridge

November 5
Take in lovely waterfront views while jogging the Ben Franklin Bridge during this 10k race. A 2-mile bridge walk immediately follows the start of the run at 8:30 am, and a kids’ event takes place at Campbell’s Field during the race. The event benefits Larc School, a nonprofit that serves special needs students. Registration is $55 for the run, $25 for the walk and $10 for the kids’ event. November 5
