3 oz
lamb chops

½ oz
marsala wine

½ oz
au jus prep sauce

¼ tsp
butter

½ cup
fresh mint leaves

pinch
flour

to taste
salt and pepper

Method:

To make the sauce, add wine, au jus prep sauce, butter, mint and a pinch of flour to a pan and sauté over medium heat, bringing to a simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste.

To make the lamb chops, grill chops over medium heat for five minutes. Remove chops from grill and cover with sauce. Serve with vegetables.
