6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
pepper to taste
1 lb. pan sausage cooked and drained
6 slices diced bread

Butter the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking dish. Place ½ of the bread cubes in the bottom of dish. Sprinkle ½ of the cheese and ½ of the sausage over bread. Repeat making a second layer with remaining ingredients. Beat eggs and mix with milk, mustard salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over baking dish evenly.
