You can help the Girl Scouts celebrate two historic events this Sunday at Camp Kettle Run in Medford. First, join the Girl Scouts of Central & Southern New Jersey for the grand opening of the new “HerStory” Center at the camp, then dig into some cake to mark the Girl Scouts organization’s 105th birthday.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be led by CEO Ginny Marino at 1 pm. After the ceremony, visitors can explore the “HerStory” center, where girls will have the chance to learn about the history of the Girl Scouts, until 4 pm.

Attendees can also enjoy crafts and activities and girls can earn their fun badge.
