Inaugural Sprint8athon

Feb. 17, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

In celebration of Healthy Heart Month, Katz JCC in Cherry Hill will host the Inaugural Sprint8athon. Sprint8 is a unique aerobic and anaerobic heart conditioning workout proven to improve cholesterol, increase lean muscle mass and burn body fat in just weeks.

Classes will be held every 30 minutes, starting at 8:30 am until 12:30 pm. Giveaways, prizes and refreshments will be served.

Cost for Members: $10| Cost for Guests: $15 | All proceeds benefit the American Heart Association.
