Before the match between Moorestown High School and Haddonfield Memorial High School’s girls varsity basketball teams began, the two squads came together to save the game.

When the sound system in the auditorium wasn’t working on Saturday morning, the players and spectators were left without the National Anthem. Both teams were lined up on the court awaiting the song, but heard nothing.

Instead of waiting for someone to fix the system, players took matters into their own hands and started to sing. Then, coaches and spectators joined in for a touching moment of teamwork and patriotism.
