Stephanie Zane, Esq.

Stephanie Zane, Esq.
As Chair of Archer’s Matrimonial & Family Law Group, Stephanie Zane focuses her practice on complex matrimonial litigation and represents clients in all aspects of divorce, including parenting time, child support, and domestic violence.
“I see people going through possibly the worst time of their lives,” she says. “It’s my job to get them to the place where they can be their best.”
After practicing law for almost 25 years at Archer, Zane has just about seen it all, handling the gamut of cases from negotiation to litigation. “Families in transition face a variety of challenges, so my goal is to make the process as easy as possible. I have open and frequent communication with my clients – it’s important to me that they feel heard.”
Zane emphasizes the advantages of having the breadth of experience found at Archer. “Being able to work cooperatively with attorneys from within the firm to address all of our client’s needs, instead of having to refer them out to other resources, allows for a more cost-effective and focused representation,” she says.
Active in the legal community, Zane was the National Treasurer and Trustee for the American Inns of Court and was the President and Master member of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court. In addition, she has served four 3-year terms as a member of the State of New Jersey Committee on Character, appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Currently, Zane serves as Treasurer and Trustee to the Camden County Bar Foundation.
Zane also treasures family time and her community volunteer roles including her role as President of Fox Hollow Swim Club, Vice President of the Cherry Hill Association of Pools and President of the Cherry Hill East Baseball Booster Club.
“I am so fortunate,” she says, “to be at a firm that supports me professionally and personally so I can best serve the needs of our clients.”
