My Story Guiding buyers and sellers through meaningful transitions with care and clarity is what drives Rosemarie Cunningham. She is proud to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate journey with confidence, clarity, care and always with a focus on making the process as smooth and informed as possible.
When Rosemarie began her second career in NJ real estate in 2000, what started as a part-time endeavor quickly grew into a full-time passion. She later earned her Pennsylvania license, allowing her to assist clients on both sides of the bridge and offer seamless guidance across state lines.
Rosemarie understands that moving can be stressful, which is why she remains attentive to every concern and detail. Her clients often describe her as a trusted guide, someone who listens closely, communicates clearly, and provides steady support from start to finish. In 2011, she joined The Val Nunnenkamp Team, where she has consistently been a top producer. Rosemarie specializes in relocation and truly enjoys helping clients learn about South Jersey so they can find the community and home that best fit their needs.
