Having watched his father struggle to get disability benefits while fighting a lengthy illness, Frankel was inspired to specialize in disability law. “I’m always focused on the rights of anyone who has had their livelihood impacted by unfair treatment or disability,” he says. “I’m not afraid to fight for what’s right.” 

The full-service disability firm handles cases that range from long-term disability claims and Social Security benefits to veterans’ compensation claims and personal injuries. Frankel has focused exclusively on disability and compensation benefits since 2005 and also founded the firm’s veteran’s law practice. The seasoned professional speaks and writes about disability issues to various groups and other attorneys nationwide. He also co-authored the law book, “Navigating Legal Issues for Military Veterans.” 

“We help people who, even on their best days, are not working, don’t have an income and are financially struggling,” Frankel adds. “Many times, my clients feel there is no hope left. I try to help them see there is hope, and we’re going to fight for them.”
