The team at Carlucci’s Waterfront proves every day that they truly are perfect partners – because their relationship is actually much more special: they’re family. Cousins Carlo Capuano, Rosaria Capuano & Carlo Capuano are continuing the family’s legacy at their beautiful waterfront restaurant, taking special care to follow their grandmother’s advice, “Put your whole heart into everything you do.”

“We’re carrying on our parents’ legacy. We don’t want to let them down after all the hard work they did,” says Carlo. “We know the importance of family, and we want everyone who comes here to feel they’re part of that family too.” 

For nearly 25 years, the idyllic restaurant has sat along the Rancocas Creek, offering diners stunning sunset views, exceptional Italian and seafood cuisine, and an extensive wine list. Guests can also enjoy live music every Thurs, Fri and Sat, and happy hour Mon – Fri from 3 to 6:30 pm (with specials like ½-price martinis all day Thursdays and 30% off bottles of wine every Mon, Wed and Fri).

This past summer, the cousins decided to take the dining experience to the next level and built La Terrazza, a beautiful climate-controlled outdoor space right on the water with louvered ceilings and expansive windows. “Everyone loves this new outdoor space. In the winter, it’s heated. In the summer, it’s air-conditioned. But no matter the season, the view is always spectacular,” adds Carlo. “La Terrazza has definitely added to our vibe. We’re seeing younger customers come here to enjoy the outdoor area – including the bonfire, which is just so fun. And customers who have been coming here for years love it too.” 

“Not many partnerships have the strong relationship that my cousins and I have,” says Carlo. “We get along great, and we’re committed to a tradition of hard work that our parents instilled in us. We love seeing our customers come in, have a wonderful experience and then leave happy. There’s nothing more rewarding than that.”
