Offering profound personal transformations
“About 99% of my clients have already tried therapy, and it’s failed for them… I do not sugarcoat things. I provide very straightforward and honest advice.”
The quest for personal fulfillment and professional success can often feel like navigating a maze without a map. This is where Life Coach Abbe Lang comes in. She offers the clarity and support that makes the difference.
“I coined the phrase ‘motivation point coaching’ to encompass three vital areas: business success, health and wellness, and personal relationships,” says Lang. “If any of these areas fail, you’ll face issues. For example, financial stress can put a strain on a loving marriage, and wealth and relationships won’t matter if your health is poor. All three areas must be working optimally for you to feel successful.”
Lang is an iPEC® certified Life Coach who discovered her calling following a devastating divorce. She persevered, raising three amazing sons, remarrying, and helping her new husband build a multi-million-dollar business. An intuitive empath by nature, she chose a career in life coaching before it was popular. Lang also is a certified homeopath, and well versed in vitamins, herbs and essential oils. “I use my homeopathic background to help my clients move forward. If someone is struggling with anxiety, we can talk about it, and we can break through, and I can also suggest a homeopathic remedy.”
Life coaching is not therapy, she notes. “About 99% of my clients have already tried therapy, and it’s failed for them. I spend one intensive session at the beginning discussing your childhood, which reveals all your limiting beliefs. I do not sugarcoat things. I provide very straightforward and honest advice.”
If clients are not ready for 1:1 coaching, there are other ways to work with Lang. She offers group coaching, online courses and Voxer coaching. “Voxer is an app where clients can voicemail or text when they face a stumbling block. It’s like having a best friend in your back pocket,” she says.
Her greatest frustration, she notes, is not being able to help people when she knows she can. “I’ll have an amazing exploration call with a potential client, and then they decide not to invest in their future. Oftentimes, I’ll hear from them a year or two later because nothing else has worked for them – and that’s a year or two wasted.”
“I want people to know how much I care,” she adds. “I do this because I love it. I love to help people the way I helped myself.”
