DEEP ROOTS. PROVEN METHODS.

After 40 years counseling clients as a therapist, Meg Clark Soriano has developed the depth of experience needed to truly understand a patient’s pain, while also curating the specialized tools to help them move past it. As the Director of the Center for Counseling and Education, Clark Soriano has advanced training and extensive experience in the most effective, evidence-based care models. She is quick to note that her personalized treatment plan is never a one-size-fits-all plan. “My goal is to help each patient – and their family – move from feeling stuck in survival mode to living with connection and clarity.

REAL CHANGE

In addition to her advanced training caring for problems like anxiety, grief, OCD, Clark Soriano also treats adults navigating complex trauma and PTSD. She is an EMDRIA Consultant and IFS-trained therapist, and has proven experience guiding patients in a safe, non-judgmental space where they feel seen, respected and – most importantly – hopeful.”

CHOOSING THERAPY

Many people experiencing difficulties in life sometimes have trouble deciding if they could benefit from therapy. “Ask yourself this,” Clark Soriano says, “Is this a persistent problem? Is it distressing? Is it interfering with my life? Am I starting to use unhealthy coping skills, perhaps eating or drinking too much, sleeping too much? Are other people expressing concern and worry for you? Have you been thinking about therapy? Is that something that interests you?” We are always here to talk with anyone who is considering therapy. We are always here to help.
