Dr. Baumgardner has a special interest in the full spectrum of women’s health, supporting patients through every stage of life. From premenstrual dysfunction, and the unique demands of the female athlete, to pre-natal and pregnancy care, and through to the challenges of perimenopause including the prevention of osteoporosis, she has developed comprehensive, individualized programs to address these concerns. Many women seek the benefits of chiropractic care alongside nutrition and exercise when managing conditions specific to the female body. Beyond spinal adjustments, Dr. Baumgardner emphasizes movement strategies to maintain strength and bone health, while offering guidance on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits that support overall wellness.
