K.C. Isdaner

Growing up, K.C. Isdaner never had any doubts about his career aspirations.

“I’m the third generation in my family to have a career in real estate. It’s what I always envisioned doing, and I couldn’t imagine working elsewhere,” says Isdaner. “I love the fact that it gives me opportunities to meet and establish new relationships with people and companies.”

Isdaner has used this passion to help The Bloom Organization maintain its decades-long reputation as a prevailing leader in the South Jersey office and industrial real estate market. He joined the company 20 years ago and spent several years as vice president before being appointed COO in 2008. In this position, Isdaner directs short- and long-term planning efforts, leading the Bloom team to achieve its goals and maintain the company’s core principles.

“I think one of the things that has made The Bloom Organization so successful is the fact that we have a dedicated, motivated and experienced team that is very committed to customer service,” says Isdaner. “We have procedures in place that ensure we’re communicating with each other about all the needs of our tenants. Everything is very collaborative – I trust the people I work with, and I want their input so we can continue to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.”

Isdaner’s longstanding commitment to creating and leading positive change goes beyond the office. He actively participates in several business associations, including the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce and Businesses Committed to Burlington County, where he is a current board member and past president.

Isdaner also serves as president of Jewish Community Properties and last year was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Katz Jewish Community Center, where he has served as a president and board member for more than 20 years.

“I was taught to be a giver, not a taker, and that’s something I’ve always lived by,” says Isdaner. “My work in the community has been such a positive experience and has given me the opportunity to share my passion to succeed and do the right thing.”
