Eunide Alexandre, Owner/Founder, HelpForce

When Eunide Alexandre launched HelpForce 6 years ago with just one truck and a license, she wasn’t chasing a trend – she was filling a need. Her new company provided construction support services for residential and commercial projects. “I knew  I could build something that created jobs and delivered real value,” she says.

Today, that vision has grown into a full-service operation based in Mt. Laurel, offering everything from janitorial services to eco-friendly demolition and construction projects. HelpForce has expanded to serve federal government clients, in additon to its commercial and residential services. Through a joint venture with Bartkowski Strategic Contracting, HelpForce will fulfill larger federal contracts that include construction and renovations as well as safety and compliance risk assessments and upgrades.

“It’s a natural step for us,” she says. “We’re not changing course. We’re building on everything we’ve already done well.”

Born in Haiti and raised in Brooklyn, Alexandre’s business instincts kicked in early. Her first company – a tire shop she opened in high school – was followed by tech, retail and home care businesses. She helped a neighbor launch a successful construction company by handling estimates and client communications. “I’ve always had this drive to figure things out and help others move forward,” she says.

With a master’s degree in education and applied behavior analysis, Alexandre brings a sharp, people-centered approach to all fully licensed and insured jobs.

“I lead with an owner’s mindset,” she says. “From government facilities to private job sites, we’re about showing up, doing the work and delivering results that last.”
