When talking about his work, Brian Budic is quick to bring up the importance of partnerships. 

“We work with our clients on a day-to-day basis. They become our partners in a long-term relationship built on trust and communication,” he says. “We involve clients as we develop strategy.”

Handling cases in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Budic specializes in all aspects of family law, civil litigation and divorce.

At his firm, Budic co-chairs the Divorce and Family Law Practice Group. He is also actively involved with the South Jersey Legal Services Private Attorney Involvement Program, providing pro bono family law assistance to low-income residents. 

“I find the intellectual aspects of my work to be the most intriguing,” he says. “The process of analyzing complex sets of facts, understanding the law and the legal framework and then constructing persuasive arguments on behalf of our clients – I enjoy that.”

One of Budic’s unique qualities is his life-long passion for learning.

“As an attorney, the decisions we make one day can impact my clients that day,” Budic says. “I’ve found acquiring knowledge and demonstrating expertise is the best way to competently represent my clients.”
