For almost 30 years, law partners Richard F. Klineburger, III and D. Ryan Nussey have brought together their diverse specialties to serve a wide range of clients. Nussey is a family law attorney, blending mediation and litigation – when needed – to help families best resolve issues of divorce and domestic violence on both the trial and appellate level. Both Richard and Ryan are Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as specialists in their respective fields.

“Our firm hasn’t just helped people through difficult situations, we’ve fought cases that have set new legal precedents in New Jersey,” says Klineburger, referring to two cases he argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court which resulted in victories for his clients and new laws in the state.

Klineburger has extensive experience with complex cases and high-profile clients. He has completed more than 100 trials and won acquittals in cases alleging murder, money laundering and multimillion dollar drug trafficking. He has represented former NFL players, influential hip-hop recording artists and politicians to favorable verdicts. When fighting for victims’ rights, he has recovered million-dollar settlements.
