“New year, new me” means we’re adding a bit more positivity into our lives. Practicing self-affirmations has been proven to improve problem-solving and some people use them as reminders of their goals.
Whatever you want to get out of your affirmations, here are some ideas to start your list. (We like to start with 2 or 3 first thing in the morning.)
