From trunk-or-treating to haunted houses, South Jersey has plenty of spooky fun leading up to Halloween night. So grab the whole family – and your best costumes – and check out these events that will get you in the spirit!
Festival of Frights
October 30
Camden County will host an evening of spooky activities for residents. Families can enjoy inflatable amusements, candy, music and much more at Yorkship Square and Pyne Point Park from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. There will also be a haunted house beginning at 6 pm ($5 per person). Halloween at the Aquarium

Stop by Adventure Aquarium for two spook-tacular events: Trunk or Treat and trick or treat plus an aquarium tour. The trunk or treat event runs from 5 to 8 pm for children 12 and under, and the trick or treating and aquarium tour runs from 6 to 8 pm for children 10 and under. Both events require registration with camdenrecreation@eventbrite.com.
Tour Haddonfield’s Haunted Mansion
October 30
Visit Haddonfield’s Greenfield Hall for festive decorations and lights-out, spooky tours. Children who don’t feel up to exploring the house can enjoy spooky story time in the hall’s garden, where refreshments will also be served. Halloween Bingo

Grab your best Halloween costume and get ready for some competition at American Legion Post 184’s Bingo night. Play for prizes, enjoy free candy and cupcakes and compete in the costume contest. Treats Aboard the Battleship
