8 Ways to Bust Your Kid’s Boredom

Don’t let the summer become boring! Fill your days with cool South Jersey fun to keep your kids smiling all summer long.

Spend the Night on a Battleship

Battleship New Jersey
62 Battleship Place, Camden
856-966-1652
Experience Battleship New Jersey like the sailors did. With the war ship-turned-museum’s overnight stay program, groups can spend the night on the legendary vessel. Start with a line dinner in the mess hall followed by a tour of the ship. Then head to the crew’s bunks to rest your head for the night (just like the sailors did!). Breakfast is served the next morning, and everyone leaves with a personalized dog tag and a lot of memories. For more information, visit the website.

Take in A Movie Under the Stars

Various Locations
South Jersey has plenty of programs where the whole family can take in a movie outside – for free! Check out the cool movies screening at awesome locations from the beach to the river this summer.
