Night in Venice
July 28
Cross the Atlantic without leaving the country for Ocean City’s annual Night in Venice. Watch a boat parade along its route from the Ocean City-Longport Bridge to Tennessee Avenue starting at 7 pm. The parade is capped off by a fireworks presentation. For more information, click here.

 

Dragon Boat Festival
July 28
Check out a series of boat races throughout the day starting at 8:30 am at the third annual Cooper River Dragon Boat Festival. This event featuring food, music and dragon boat exhibits will continue until 4 pm. For more information, click here.

 

Xponential Music Fest
July 27-29
Jam out to WXPN 88.5 FM’s annual three-day music festival by the Camden Waterfront. At Wiggins Park, participants can hear over 30 different performers throughout the event. Classic Car Show
July 28 (rain date July 29)
Take a trip to the past as you many types of vintage cars at the Vintage Automobile Museum of New Jersey’s 19th Annual Classic Car Show. The show will be held at Waterfront Park in Ship Bottom from 8 am to 3 pm. Refreshments will be available. For more information, click here.

 

Pine Barrens Discovery Tour
July 28
Explore the plant and animal life of the Pine Barrens along the Mullica River at the Pine Barrens Discovery Tour. The tour starts at 9 am and ends at noon. The program features a shore walk to learn about Atlantic Cedar Swamp habitats, conducting a water quality survey and more. For more information, click here.

 

Summer Concert: Invasion 65
July 29 (rain date July 30)
Make the 1960s feel just like yesterday with the band Invasion 65 as they play the top songs from the British Invasion. The free show will be held at James G. Atkinson Park in Sewell at 7 pm. Bring blankets and lawn chairs. For more information, click here.

 

Sangria Sunday
July 29
Stop by Hawk Haven Winery between 11 am and 7 pm for Sangria Sunday. Wines and frozen sangrias will be served, along with sandwiches and snacks. Live performances by local musicians Ken & Ci Bon and Greg Jones will take place at 1 pm and 4 pm, respectively. For more information, click here.
