The SJ Magazine Women of Excellence Game Changer Award recognizes a woman who has made significant contributions in her field or community that has led to inspiring change and/or innovation.

Our 2022 honoree Tracy Kettering, PhD is comfortable breaking the mold, and it’s had a positive influence on her profession and community. As the director of the ABA Center of Excellence at Bancroft, she oversees research, clinical education and supervision initiatives and trains members of the community to understand neuro-diverse behaviors.
